Yeah. The "accu" part of Accuweather wasn't that effective today. All week, we had been checking the Stony Brook weather. All week, it was saying partly cloudy, or partly sunny, or cloudy, with consistent highs in the low to mid 60s. This morning that forecast changed to showers and low 50s. It wasn't all that pleasant, but the meet went well enough. Especially gratifying to see Marist Running Alum Mark Valentino, who came and ran the steeplechase and helped out tremendously with splits throughout the day. Just like old times. Results and splits will be posted here, once they are posted online. Still awaiting them. Some solid performances, despite the chilly, damp and windy conditions. Back with more later ...
