Penn Relays: Heat wave

Let's see. I've been coming to the Penn Relays as a track fan and/or track coach for more than 30 years. For the past 20 years, I've been to the Thursday Distance Night at Penn. Let me think about the last time I wore short sleeves on Thursday night at Penn. Wait. Oh. Yeah. How about ... NEVER! Until this year ... apparently, global warming has come to Penn. Usually, coaches and athletes are scurrying for cover because of the cold rain. This year, it's to get out of the blazing sun. Huh? And the forecast for tomorrow calls for near record heat, and possibly thunderstorms. I thought this was April?
