In one of the more topsy-turvy weather days in my long life in this sport, the highlight had to be this early-evening rainbow over Zable Stadium at William and Mary. It poured for most of the morning and afternoon. Then, our phones blew up with "tornado watches" -- a first for most of us at a track meet -- then, we got this truly remarkable rainbow, which was followed by violent thunder and lightning that shut the meet down for several hours, and then more rain for the delayed distance races into the late hours of Friday night. Back at it for Day 3 in a few hours ...
