Whoa! Got this text from Marist Running Alum Elias Platanias (in case you aren't sure, he's on the right). He had a pretty famous basketball playing partner this afternoon at some bougie NYC gym he belongs to! Because I'm an idiot, I guessed the
wrong famous person at first before Ian W corrected me. My hard-wired instinct is to be pissed off at Elias for playing basketball -- but alas, that statute of limitations (me getting pissed at runners playing a dangerous ball sport) has expired. Besides, it's Adam Sandler! Neat.
