The Marist athletics department hosted a breakfast on Wednesday morning for all student-athletes who achieved perfect 4.0 GPAs during the past academic year. Our track/cross country athletes led the way -- in number of athletes who achieved this perfection + in number of athletes who rushed for the free food spread = both fine program traditions! This fine assemblage of eight (8!) young women and men doesn't even capture all of the 4.0 students in our program. Pretty neat. Alert readers may ask: Was Coach Pete there? There was coffee. Thus? Yes!
