Very windy day and night down here. Some strong personal-best performances, especially in the 1,500-meter run (Adele and Hannah), 5km (Tori), 10km (Hayley with an ECAC qualifier and Ellie), as well as Greta and Raven in the 800. Onto the relays on Saturday!
