IC4A Championships results

A good season came to a good end at the IC4A Championships. Two years ago, the men finished 10th; last year, the men finished 9th; this year, the men finished 7th. Good progress. Great progress? No, we finished just behind three MAAC teams. Great season? Not quite. Good progress and good season. Now the goal is to go from “good” to “great” … to poach the title of a book by the same name. As just posted, we added three names to the all-time Van Cortlandt Park list, coinciding with three All-East performances – two by freshmen! So, the future is bright, but the future is not guaranteed. Another good sign: Once again, our men won the coaches association race for non-top-10 runners, which shows our depth and the promise of the future. On to our next challenges – aiming to Be Better and going from good to great.
