On Saturday, we head up the Thruway to the Capital Region for the Siena Invitational at the Crossings of Colonie, site of the MAAC Championships later in the fall. It will be a busy day of racing at the Crossings, with some high school races being held (see schedule below). We are hoping to see a lot of our Albany area alums and friends out there for a nice day of early-season racing. Neat!

I appreciate the concept of having the multiple levels at a meet. It adds spectators and connects various generations of athletes.
Now we need to make post-scholastic XC more of a thing!
