Our two women’s distance runners had solid performances on
Thursday night Nicki Nesi, who is redshirting this outdoor season, improved on
her time from Bucknell two weeks ago (10:57.79), raced well by moving through the field
and finished in 10:51.58. Kristen Traub battled through a lot of traffic, made
strong and powerful moves throughout the race and finished in 9:57.00. Neither
time is a PR, but the effort was great on a cold and damp evening at Franklin
Field. Note that my splits here were taken from the finish line.
