Colonial Relays: Friday night splits

Here are lap-split times, provided wonderfully by Mark Valentino, for last night's distance races. He channeled his inner Doug Ainscow and sent excellent and legible splits for all races. He pulled double duty, by texting me in real time during Spencer Johnson's great 10km race as well as the other races after that, but in particular Spencer's race -- I felt like I was there with the real-time splits. Nicely done.
