Since many friends and family of Marist Running live in the vicinity of Saturday's meet at Stony Brook, here is some basic information.
Meet site: State University at Stony Brook. Yes. On the campus. NOT at Sunken Meadow. At Stony Brook.
Men's race: 10:30 a.m.
Women's race: 11:15 a.m.
Teams expected to attend: Wisconsin (defending NCAA men's XC champs), Providence, Stony Brook, Manhattan
Friends and family: We are planning an informal post-race tailgate, with Tom and Louise Valentino (parents of Mark) coordinating the effort. They can be reached at val109@optonline.net
