Check out this video cleverly constructed by school record holding hurdler Alex "Hakim" Cunningham. Hakim is always toting a video camera during practice, either recording others on the team or having me or someone else recording him in action. He uses this to analyze and critique form. He is a student of the sport and means well, but sometimes we feel it can be "paralysis by analysis." Either way, more data is better than no data, and so we (usually) welcome the input. We always welcome the honest caring about the improvement of our program.
