The weekend ended positively for our men, with freshmen
Glenmour Leonard-Osbourne and Ramsey Little finishing out their first indoor
track seasons with strong performances. Glen was in a hotly contested 60-meter
dash final. As with most dash races, an eyelash separates the top finishers. The
winning time was 6.81 and Glen was .002 shy of second place. Still, third place
in an IC4A final is a place our athletes have rarely been and we are proud of
how well Glen has put our program back on the map. Later in the afternoon,
freshman Ramsey Little completed the difficult 5km/3km double with a hard-fought
race in the lightning fast first section, running a time of 8:30.02, less than
24 hours after his stellar 5km. Great end to a great weekend and a great
season. Onward to outdoors!
