MAAC Indoor Championships: Men's results, day 2

An excellent finish to the weekend for the men, with the obvious highlight being our human rocket, Glenmour Leonard-Osbourne, winning the MAAC title in the 60-meter dash. With the additional strength of Glen and fellow sprinter Jeremy Mooney, we vaulted up to 6th place and were close to 5th place in the team standings. Our youthful, patched together 4x800 gave us an unexpected thrill ride, highlighted by freshman Paul Sandford taking the lead briefly on the anchor leg. The guys ran great and it capped a weekend of gutsy racing by our young team. Neat. Updated with splits ...

A MAAC championship in an event "other" than a distance race? Be still my heart! Well done to Coach Horton and the sprint crew!
