Thanks to Kelley and Annie Gould for sharing this photo of the Haviland Middle School Sportsmanship panel. Kelley is a math teacher at HMS in Hyde Park, where my daughter Natalie is a 7th grader. Annie and several of her teammates took questions about what it's like to be a college athlete, how they handle academic and athletic loads and what they have learned through athletics. We had several groups of athletes going over there during the past few days. Annie said it was "awesome" and I would have to agree!
