Team captain and blog-reading regular John Keenan, this one's for you! Photo courtesy of one of my former teammates, Mike Carey, now a Radio Guy in the capital district. Thanks, Mike!
I took the lead a little before the half mile mark and just kept pushing. I hit the 4 mile at 21:00 and kicked it in around 4:58 to get under 26 for the first time ever. Breaking the tape was everything I thought it would be. The race was a great addition to an already successful senior year for myself, and it was a great day for our team.

Hell yeah JK3. How did it feel to taste victory? When did you make your move? How did the race play out?
Congrats
