Order of Events   Women than Men, all running events

 

1pm                 60 h     trials

1:20pm            Mile    final

1:55pm            60h      final

2:05pm            60m     trials

2:35pm            500      final

2:55pm            300      final

3:20pm            60m     final

3:30pm            400      final

3:55pm            600      women only   

4:00pm            800      final

4:20pm            200      final

4:55pm            3000    final

5:45pm            4x800  final

5:58pm            4x400  final      

                       

                       

 

1pm                 M & W  LJ,  Using two Pits,  top 8 to the final

                        TJ’s after conclusion of the LJ,   top 8 to the final

                        Women Pole Vault,  Men to follow

                        Opening   TBD.

                       

1pm                 Men & Women SHOT to throw using both cages if needed. 

                        Flight Assignments at check in. 

                        Weight Throw to follow using both circles as well.

 

                        HJ, will be set up after all dashes are complete. 

                        Opening 1.40 women/ 1.84 men        

 

Notes:

-           Everyone must make an initial check in no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time of their event.  CIRCLE the number next to your name.

-           Heat and Lanes will be given out 15 minutes prior to your event time at the clerks.

-           ALL Field Events will check in at the EVENT site 

-           Please REPORT All scratches as soon as you know them, so we are not guessing

            if someone is showing up for their race.
