Because we are so far away from home, we do not get the usual family support down here in Virginia. But we did get a nice surprise, all-day visit from recent Marist Running Alum Rachel Lichtenwalner. Rachel L hung out with the team and spent all day with us, and it was great to have her along again.
Then, in the evening, the O'Sullivans visited from nearby Virginia Beach. Kevin O'Sullivan is a recent Marist Running Alum and his family made the trip to check out the evening portion of the meet. We appreciate the effort and the support.
