What an amazing start for our ladies! We were coming off a
strong preseason with a lot of energy, enthusiasm and togetherness – “team
culture” is almost a coach’s cliché, but this team has a good one so far. Team
culture is vitally important to a successful team. What wins races is a fast,
deep team. On this day, that’s exactly what we had, and it appears that it will
be sustainable and with an upward trajectory in the coming weeks and months.
