Monday was our first trip to the SUNY New Paltz indoor track, and our sprinters ran a very challenging workout under the watchful eye of Coach Horton. You can see their unique way of eliminating the lactic acid from their legs after the hard effort. Does this work? Is there actual science behind this method? Who knows, but it sure FEELS good to our hard-working athletes after sprinting around the blue circle. OK!
