Home meet: It may be crowded

Looking forward to hosting our only "home" competition of the season. The weather is looking favorable; the course is looking awesome, thanks to the hard work of Vassar Coach James McCowan. A note of warning: It will be BUSY over at the Farm on Saturday morning. Here's why:

1. This is one of our biggest meets, with four visiting teams in attendance: Iona, Fairfield, Siena, Hofstra. This is a GOOD thing and we welcome our friends from the region.
2. Vassar's own XC meet will follow ours, and there will be 12 (!) teams in attendance. It is one of the better, early-season D3 meets in the East.
3. Saturday is Harvest Day at the Poughkeepsie Farm Project, so there will be additional community traffic.

As a result? Please be PATIENT with regards to parking and getting around at Vassar Farm and Ecological Preserve. You may have to park a decent walk away from the meet. Fortunately, it will be a beautiful morning. See you there.
