Marist Running Alum Conor Shelley, looking lean and mean (nice beard) in winning the Seaford Hot Chocolate 5K on Long Island on Sunday in 15:50. He outdistanced the second-place finisher by almost a minute. Conor, and several other Marist Running alums, will be racing at the USATF Club Cross Country Nationals next weekend at Lehigh.
