DJ Paulson: A real-life hero

Thanks to the alert blog follower from Long Island for sending me this news video clip about the five lifeguards who saved the life of a triathlete who went into cardiac arrest during a race this summer. One of the hero lifeguards is our very own DJ Paulson, Marist Running Alum and now track/XC coach at nearby Beacon High School. DJ is a true hero.
