Metro Championships: Let it snow ... or not

Once again, Poughkeepsie was the place to be in the winter. Who knew? While our friends and family to the south of us dealt with snow earlier this morning, we were free and clear in the majestic mid-Hudson Valley. Stony Brook University was snowed in on Long Island and did not make the trip to Ocean Breeze for the Mets today. As the northernmost school in the Met Conference, usually WE are the ones who deal with winter weather on a more frequent basis. Not in 2016! We remained snow free. The rest of the Metro Conference had snow to varying degrees. Today's meet went quickly and smoothly, with some excellent performances all around. Statistics to follow in the coming posts ...
