We had three guys run at the Vassar open meet on Friday night. It was a beautiful night as the rain and wind subsided. Assistant coach Joey had a lot of fun playing with Conor's Blackberry stopwatch.
Even an old-school fart like me had to fess up that the thing was pretty cool.
Anyway, Brownie had a fantastic PR in the 5km. Geist and Masto ran one last steeple in a race that featured just those two guys and a pretty fast Vassar guy who took the race out at like IC4A pace (everyone suffered). Anyway, the splits ...

Comment: Wonderful, fantastic end to what has been a great and promising freshman year. You have established yourself as a legitimate D1 distance runner. You should be proud of that. I am.
