In an incredible coincidence! Track captain Weston LaBrecque was on the SAME FLIGHT as us, from JFK/NYC to Honolulu, on Monday. Weston was headed here for a week to visit with his old teammate/friend Easton Eberwein (yes, we know, Weston visiting Easton, har-har-har), while we (my wife Heidi, son James and me) were heading here for a bit longer to visit our oldest son Joey, who is a captain in the Air Force and is stationed out here at Pearl Harbor for the next few years. Our daughter, Natalie, will eventually make her way here as well.
Weston sent me (these) pictures of him and Easton from yesterday. We will definitely try to connect with them in the coming days.
This is Rainy Season in Hawaii = fine with ME, as it is warm and humid at all times (my kind of WEATHER).
