On our way down to Bethlehem last night, we made a stop in northern New Jersey for dinner. The plazas where we stopped were within walking distance of the assisted living facility where my mother lives -- I was aware of the many restaurant choices there, so it worked out well. I took the short walk and surprised her with a short visit -- this "mom selfie" is proof. Always worth the trip. As we get ready to go this morning, it's finally feeling like autumn with cooler temperatures. Once again, here is today's race schedule, with races in which we have athletes in bold:

Was this Selfie taken by a technology-challenged individual? The bent over angle doesn't seem to be the standard pose...better get someone else to take it, next time. And hoping for few more "next times".
