The early results from Penn Relays were outstanding: Our women's 4x100 relay set a school record, and Debbie Boerke earned an ECAC qualifying mark in the 400-meter hurdles. Debbie's hurdle race was the first of the day, at 10 a.m., and she got the ECAC mark by the narrowest of margins -- 0.01 second. The 4x100 relay was this afternoon and they edged the previous, 3-year-old school record. Next up is the 4x400 relay and the distance events. Good start to our 3-day stay at Penn.
