Check out Justin Harris' coaching blog ...

Upon arriving home from the cold and damp Day 1 of the Mets meet at Ramapo, I checked my e-mail and had one from Marist Running Alum Justin Harris, now an assistant track coach at our neighbors at Vassar College. Jut has a blog linked here that discusses theories in coaching. Jut has always had an analytical mind toward our sport, and he is doing a fantastic job with the Brewers' sprinters and field event athletes on the other side of town. As with all of our alums, we are extremely proud of Justin's post-graduate exploits as an athlete and as a coach. Although he is wearing a much darker shade of red now (maroon, really), he will always be a part of our Marist family, and as a result we will be rooting for his success and the success of the athletes he coaches.
