Siena Invitational: Men's results

A very competitive meet -- much more competitive and deep than the 2021 version, wow! There were several notable improvements in time from the 2021 meet, led by Pax (top-10 finish, 55-second improvement over 2021), Gabe (29th place, full minute improvement over 2021) and strong 8km debuts from Tyler Perry (26:15.3) and true freshman Kieran Donnelly (26:23.7). Other big jumps from 2021: Jiggy (nearly 1 minute), Czop (more than 2 minutes), Jack Parsons (more than 1 minute), Jonny K (13 seconds), Frank (23 seconds) and Jeremy (30 seconds). While such improvements are highly neat, we are striving for more and better; the men finished ahead of four MAAC schools and trailed two MAAC powers. There's always room to Be Better. There has been some illnesses spreading through the team the past few days, and a few guys didn't race (or didn't finish) as a result. No excuses, and no one is feeling sorry for us. Up and at 'em tomorrow at 8a for our New Paltz long run. OK!
