Mets Championships: Men's 4x800 gets IC4A mark

We kept this relay fresh with the hopes of hitting an IC4A mark (7:52.00 is the standard) and it worked out as everyone did their job, top to bottom. Freshman Paul Sandford handed off neck and neck with Rutgers (eventual relay winner), Moe and CSG battled hard in the middle and Ropes continued his rapid ascent back into the fold with a solid anchor leg. And away we go ...
