Change in the weather (and attire)

From yesterday (high 80s, sunny, humid) to today (mid 40s, gloomy, rainy), the temperature and mood dropped precipitously. Bottom line: It’s more like October now rather than August. Being a Certified Weather Geek, we knew this was coming. We announced to the team that the shorts and short-sleeve shirt attire from me likely will cease for many, many months. No more exposed skin for this old coach. Time to dig out my flannel lined pants. It’s finally fall cross country weather, and the forecast for Saturday at Paul Short is calling for cooler than normal temperatures. Great for running.
