Colonial Relays: Women's results and splits, Day 1

Here are the complete results from today, including the afternoon and evening results. Several highlights from the evening: Kerry Gaye with a huge one-week improvement in the 1,500 (more than nine seconds faster than last week!) and a great race with a fantastic kick! Our three ladies in the 5km had tremendous efforts, all PRs and two ECAC qualifiers. Gianna Tedeschi broke 17:00 (16:59.85), Hayley Collins had a strong PR effort (17:02.71) and Boushra Belkhir (18:07.06) had a fantastic debut at the distance. Gianna and Hayley were literally "jumping for joy" after the race. Neat! Thanks to Ari Meyer for help with all the splits throughout the day.
