Colonial Relays: Early Friday results

The morning events for our team were pockmarked with light to moderate rain, a light breeze and cool to chilly temperatures. Seems like each year, at least some of this meet always features this weather; hopefully, things will improve for the later events. As I type this from my hotel room, looking out the window the skies are brightening and the rain has stopped. However, the hourly forecast calls for more rain later this afternoon and this evening. Anyway, it was a solid morning at the track, with our 5km athletes (Talia Cutrone, Conor Stack) both notching PR races and Gianna Mastromatteo (800 meters) starting off her outdoor season with a personal-best time as well. We’ll update very late tonight with the remainder of the results – sprints this afternoon, distance races in the evening. For live results, go to halfmiletiming.com
