MAAC Outdoor Championships: School record, two medals ... neat!

You know. The women's steeplechase was such a noteworthy event that it's worth yet another post. Nicki Nesi and Ali Bartolotta earned top-three medals (Nicki was 2nd in her school-record time and Ali was 3rd with a blazing last-lap kick). Kind of cool that the fifth-year senior (Nicki) has set a new standard for the freshman (Ali Bartolotta) to chase in the future. By the way, Nicki obliterated her previous PR and the wonderful school record by Britt Burns. She'll give it one more go at ECACs next Friday night. For now, let's savor a job well done on Saturday at Rider. OK!
