Is there any doubt as to where Michelle Gaye stands in the lore of Marist Running? Come on. PLEASE. As if she needed to prove it further ... today she won the MAAC title, setting a MEET RECORD ... despite such a pedestrian early pace that I could have hung with those ladies on one crutch for the first 100 meters. Geez. After that, it was Michelle and the rest of the field, as she ran a solo effort, PR, school record, ECAC qualifier ... and, oh yeah, did I mention? A MAAC MEET RECORD. Wow. Wow. Wow.
