Colonial Relays: Men's results, late Friday

Some really good stuff here as well. Before the sun set, Matt Edwards and Joe Cafaro had strong 200-meter dash races. Then, under the lights, several of our distance men shone brightly with good efforts. Sophomore Spencer Johnson led the way with a breakthrough performance in the 10,000-meter run, a PR of more than 45 seconds! His classmate and good pal Stefan Morton had a strong PR in the 5,000, and freshman Joe Miller had a decent debut at that distance. Freshman Steven Morrison clocked an excellent PR for 1,500 meters to cap the night.
