Congratulations to freshman Molly Weeks for shattering the school record in the 500-meter dash on Friday night at the Terrier Invitational at Boston University. Molly went through the 400-meter split in 58-high and closed strong for a school record time of 1:16.08. This time obliterates the 15-year-old school record, held by Kate Pieper at 1:18.21. Molly's time was just .04 off the ECAC qualifying standard in the event -- another in a series of near misses for Molly, but we'll gladly take this breakthrough effort on what was a long day for us all. NICELY DONE!
