Conor Shelley wins 10-miler on Long Island

Congrats to Marist Running Alum Conor Shelley for his excellent solo, wire-to-wire victory at the 10-mile Brewery Run on Long Island last Saturday in 52:45.9 (5:17/mile). Conor reported that it was a negative-split effort. He posted his mile splits on Facebook, which of course does me no good. But from what I was told, the last several miles he was really cookin'.
